The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has officially canceled the gaming license of Super7plus, effective from January 17, 2024. This decision compels the immediate suspension of all gaming operations conducted by Super7plus, along with a prohibition on registering new players.
In compliance with the MGA’s directives, Super7plus is obligated to permit existing players to access their accounts for the purpose of withdrawing any remaining funds. Additionally, the company is required to clear all outstanding fees owed to the Authority within five days from the date the decision took effect.
Furthermore, Super7plus must provide the MGA with a comprehensive transaction report, accompanied by supporting bank statements, within seven days. This report should verify that all player funds have been appropriately refunded to registered players.
The MGA’s ruling also mandates the immediate removal of any references to the Authority or the authorization from Super7plus’s materials.
The MGA has indicated that this decision is subject to the appeals process outlined in Article 43 (1) of the Act.
This development follows a similar action taken by the MGA against another operator, Rush Gaming, which was also directed to refund players any owed funds.
